Added prepaid balance but not showing available

Added prepaid balance as I knew my finances would be short for new year. I now have a message stating that direct debit has been unsuccessful. What happened to the prepaid balance I put onto the account?

Are you referring to home phone prepayment outside included value? If yes, there is still $14.20 available on your account, so you can make an outgoing calls. Unfortunately, I cannot see a request nor an attempt on debiting your payment method for another prepayment amount.
