Get online support
This morning I woke up to a SMS message saying my Mobile Data Limit has been reached. I have had look at my billing periods, and notice today I paid (via direct debt as usual) my account.
I have tried to call TPG on 13 14 23 but am told I can not speak to someone because of call demand and to ring back later.
Would someone please contact me as a matter of couresty and some urgency because I can no longer dial out 1300 numbers or mobiles?? The message says my account is about to expire?
