We regret to inform you that TPG can no longer register an additional account holder. We aim to secure the privacy of your account and ensure that we are only dealing with one person or one account holder.
However, we may still add your partner as an authorised contact person. He/She will be given access to contact TPG and transact on your behalf. He/She will also be assisted with any query or change in terms of billing, contract, technical or other information pertaining to your account except adding or removing a contact person and canceling the account.
Please note that his name will not reflect on the billing invoices and receipts. You may send your request to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au.
