Get online support

I am unable to log in to TPG with my account number, getting very frustrated as unable to update bil

Hi @Mschristab62

 

We advise our customer to make sure that the TPG username/CID and password is correct in order to log in to 'My Account'.

 

In case you forgot your password, we've created an article that will help you create a new one here.

 

If customers forgot their TPG username or customer ID number, they need to get in touch with our Accounts team via phone call or chat to retrieve it and requires a full verification for security purpose.
