In 01 September, I have registrated a new account to install NBN service. After successful registraion, the installation Progress indicates TPG is processing payment for a week. I want to ask is there any problems for my payment. If there is no problems, I hope I can use my NBN service as soon as possible.

Installation of NBN service can take between 2 to 30 working days depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the nbn™ technician to perform the installation. We're able to locate your account using your community details unfortunately there has been a problem processing your NBN application.
