I'd like to cancel my NBN service.
We are still within the 14days cooldown.
We have had technician here to resolve the issue but no availiable.
We have to sign up existing provider.

We've seen that you have been in touch with one of our Engineers and provided the current case progress. Based on the latest log we need to arrange another appointment for the NBN technician check the MDF but they will require an access to it. Further updates will be provided by our Engineers.
