Any messages sent to your TPG email address will bounce back to the sender as undeliverable.
My TPG email account was an alias assocated with a different account than the one i'm paying for when that main account was cancelled the alias email address was suspended
When people send me mail they don't get any notification that the message is undeliverable

If the account is no longer active, then it should receive a bounce-back message, but in this case, since no error message, you may raise this directly to our postmaster by sending email to postmaster@tpg.com.au
