hi there
i cant seem to change my password for my account everytime i do it times out and i have to start again. so i gave up on that. then i called TPG and it seems like I was cut off 3 times in a row it just went silent. weird. and i can't find an option just to pay my bill with a one off billing option on their website. so how am i supposed to pay my bill despite doing everything i can to try and pay my bill.
anyone had this problem and solved it? ha
