Billed multiple times during installation

Hi there,
I have been waiting for NBN to be installed at our new property and due to delays with NBN we need to wait even longer for our installation.

We were charged for a month whilst we didn’t have internet installed as yet and just had another direct debit for another month but we still don’t have the internet installed, support over the phone said it would be another month wait for NBN to install the internet.

Tried to call and speak to someone but it cuts off whilst I’m explaining the issue and just disconnects.

Could someone point me in the right direction who I can chat/message/call regarding this as it seems unfair that I’m paying for a service each month that I don’t even have.
