My internet account number is 674681


I have a problem about my recent bill , since I request to open my online account, I have no NBN connection, I give TPG 10 days to solve this problem, give more than 20 calls, but no one can help me, therefore I choose cancel the plan , I don’t think its my problem, why should I pay the cancellation fee?


And then, I pay $300 for NBN new construction, due to the TPG address system problem, this construction in my apartment not finished, and from the TPG staff, they told me they are asking money back from NBNCO, therefore , I also request $300 constrcution fee back .
