Billing period

I usually get directed debited every month on the 10th, but it never came through… is this an error? Or will I expect on the 16th?
The billing period says until the 16th and always has but I usually get direct debited on the 10th.

Can I get some clarity as to why this is? Just want to make sure it won’t over charge me or anything

We'd like to check on the status of the payment on the account and make sure that there's no issue with it.
