In the past three weeks I have had two emails telling me "Our billing system was unable to process your last payment" and asking me to update the details via a "Update your billing" link. I immediatley deleted the email and reported it to Scamwatch.

Definitely sounds like a phishing scam. Good to know that you have immediately deleted the said email as I have checked our records and there's no such email sent regarding billing info.
You can also block this email address to avoid receiving such messages in the future.
