Rang many times and got through after long waits. My query was the $192 I was charged for a non return of wireless modem which I never received, as the text messages I received showed wrong address. I had informed them about this and was told that $192 will be deposited into my account within a few working days. Still not received. If there is no reply in 24 hours then I will have no choice other than to report/lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman.
