Is this the hidden catch in your contracts so if a person doesn’t have the money you slug them extra???

Hi ccole1965,

As part of our billing system’s automation, we charge 7 days before the next billing cycle.

The payment date may not be the same date as it was on the previous month as the days of the months varies.

Please check our article regarding Your billing cycle and advance payments explained.

Should you need further assistance, please let us know.

Cheers,

Hi @ccole1965,

Welcome to TPG Community!

As we offer prepaid services, we charge 7 days before the next billing cycle, we do this to avoid disruption of service for our customer's.

Please note that tax invoices are not sent automatically.

You may retrieve a copy of your tax invoices through your online account. Kindly log in using your username and password at https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/

To view your Tax invoices, click on "Your Invoices", then the corresponding invoice number on the left column.

On the other hand, should you wish to print the tax invoice, please follow the steps below:

1. Log on to your online account using your username and password at https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/

2. Click on "Your Invoices" under the Account Management Section.

3. Click on the corresponding invoice number that you wish to print.

4. Hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.

5. Open the mspaint application.

6. Click on "Edit" and hit "paste."

7. Once the image appears, click on "File" then "print."

" Is this the hidden catch in your contracts so if a person doesn’t have the money you slug them extra??? "

It is not hidden on our contracts as it was discussed by our Sales team and it is also on our website: https://www.tpg.com.au/adsl - under " Important things you need to know "

Kind regards,

BasilDV

So does that mean my payment comes out the same date every month? As a pensioner I have to rely on due by dates to manage my bills.
