I trialed the wireless plan but canceled on the last day. Unfortunately, TPG also canceled my NBN on the same day. I was on the 59.99 plan. Now I am getting overcharged... Normally I would get charged on the eighth of the month. It has been a hassle dealing with TPG ever since this happened. I don't get callbacks.
On Dec 2 I was charged 49.99 for the wireless plan then on Dec 13 the 49.99 was refunded, then on Dec 23 I was charged 63.66. Not sure where that number comes from nor how I was charged this on a different account. ( two separate bank accounts! )
