Hi there. I have mobile and nbn accounts with TPG. Was meant to get discount on my mobile billing. It was applied to my account for 3 months ($20/month) but for unknown reason the billing period I was charged $25 ($5 extra). Tried a few times to sort this out by calling TPG with no luck. Can you help out?
