Get online support
As my NBN has been dropping out repeatedly over the last 4 weeks & since you have no online support whatsoever, or any way to contact you.
I DEMAND you immediately cancel my TPG NBN account. I also DEMAND a credit for March.

ACCC law requires the provision of the ability to cancel/unsubscribe from services at any time when outside contract.
I have also sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
I have also refered my complaint to ther telecommunications ombudsman.
There is a very good reason you only have 1.5 stars on product review. Your customer support is pathetic!!
