CANCEL MY ADSL2 IMMEDIATELY!!

Hi TPG,

I have tried over 10 times to get one of your agents to cancel my service. Every agent tells me that they will sort it out, but it doesn't get done! The chat facility that you have enabled seems to be extremely frustrating and useless. Please have one of your Account Specialists cancel my service immediately...I am sick of trying to call all day and trying to chat multiple times a day to cancel my service. Also, please see your chat logs of when I first raised the cancellation request and reimburse the funds due to your delays. I have had enough of this incompetency.
