CANCELLING TPG ACCOUNT

We have been trying since AUGUST to cancel our TPG accounts and to STOP TPG from charging each month since.  Each time we call and state that we are cancelling the contract, we get hung up on by the operator who claims to be transferring us to someone who can do this. We have sent multiple emails too!

 

PLEASE STOP BILLING and CHARGING to us for a service we do NOT use.

PLEASE REIMBURSE US for September charges immediately.
