How do I know my postcode for TPG?

I wish to reset my TPG account as I cannot login to my app. But it is prompting me on postcode when I tried to reset. Please advise me on this.

Unable to log into the TPG app. Prompting for customer id and postcode. Where do I find them?

 

However, I'm able to log into my TPG  a/c portal.

 

Are the credentials not same for the TPG app?

We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it shows no matching records found.

 

Please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
