Unable to log into the TPG app. Prompting for customer id and postcode. Where do I find them?
However, I'm able to log into my TPG a/c portal.
Are the credentials not same for the TPG app?

We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it shows no matching records found.
Please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).

What type of postcode would you like to know?
Is it your address postcode? Please send me your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
