CLOSE TPG ACCOUNT

Hi, 

I want to close my TPG account and delete my phone number because I am no longer in Australia. You won't answer my calls, and I can't stay on hold for too long (I have already been for way too much time) because calling from here to Australia is very expensive (in Spain TPG does not have coverage so I can't call with the Australian number I'm paying for). I can't access my account either because they send a verification code I won't receive because there is no coverage. Let me know if there is any functional mail that resolves this problem, because I have seen people with similar issues in the forum. 

I was happy with TPG services, I would not like to end my experience with a bad overall review
