COMBINE MY NBN and MOBILE INTO ONE ACCOUNT TO MANAGE ONLINE

I have NBN and SIM only Mobile.

They are managed by two different logins and I have forgotton the mobile username. I wish to combine them into one acount.

I've seen that I need to PM a moderator to deal with this but I cannot see the PM button (I think my account level is too low to have those privilages)...
