NBN Home Superfast upgrade offer

Hi,

I've received NBN Home Superfast upgrade offer at $84.99, just after I've transferred my NBN connection to another ISP. I wouldn't have transferred out, if I knew about this beforehand.

Is it possible that I could transfer back to TPG to take advantage of this $84.99 offer? I have spoken to 4 different people at TPG today (sales, accounts, customer service, etc), but they had me transferred around each time, and couldn't give me a straight answer.

Thanks.

Hi @nhduabspcx

We appreciate your interest for our TPG NBN Superfast upgrade offer. The discounted price and speed boost is a gift provided by TPG for some of our existing customers and can only be applied on an active account by our technical support team.

If your account is already cancelled, the offer is forfeited and can no longer be provided.

You may still get our Superfast plan as a new account sign up on it's promo price of $94.99 for the first six months.
Let me know if you would like to speak with one of our NBN specialists

Hi @BasilDV , thank you for the response.

Like I said, I was an active customer until a week and a bit ago, and wouldn't have cancelled the service if I knew about this offer. I was hoping that TPG would be able to provide the superfast upgrade offer as a gesture of good will, for a customer who was with them for many years.

In fact, I can still log into TPG account, and there are even charges showing with today's date on it too?

Hi @nhduabspcx,

As previously mentioned with my colleague if the account is no longer active, the offer is forfeited and can no longer be provided.

The account can still be accessible for a month or two but this cannot be reactive anymore.

You may check the ongoing promotion with our NBN service available here, https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn.

If you wish to speak with our account specialists to open a new account shoot me a private message with your best contact number and preferred time.

Regards,
