Can't access invoices after November 2021

I log in through MYTPG on desktop (as my "product is not available on the [mobile] app") using my user number as I usually did, but invoices stopped appearing after November 2021. I read on this forum that logging in with my mobile phone number should allow me to acces a different interface (¿?) where the later invoices would appear, but for me the interface is the same. Also, using either the new user number or the old one, the result is the same: the old interface. My service is TPG Mobile.

 

So how can I access my invoices from November 2021 onwards? Thanks!
