You may activate the international roaming by filling out the form at https://vha.secure.force.com/ConfirmIdentityRequest?brand=TPG.
Please specify that you need to activate the International Roaming Service.
Note: You will be required to send a valid Australian Government ID plus a selfie to validate the request.
You may reply to this message with the reference number once it is done so we can chase this with our Privacy Team to prioritise the request.

Since the International roaming is already activate it should be working lets try this troubleshooting steps below.
Let us know how it will go.
I have done that earlier and was advised that my roaming was activated already but I still cant get sms code
