Hi there,
I'm having issues with logging onto the TPG dashboard. I can sign in normally to the cyberstore, but whenever I attempt to go into the dashboard it has the error of "Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. Please try again later". (See the screenshot). Anyone else having a similar issue or know a fix?
This is extra crucial since I need to change the payment details for my mobile phone bill (recently switched credit cards).

Have you tried a different browser to open the page?

Hi there
I've tried Chrome and other browsers on both my laptop and phone and still am getting the same error. Accessing my internet account on the old website format is fine. It's just when trying to use the new dashboard website to pay my phone bill that it's giving me this error.

Can you try to access your Mobile account separately? Try to login from the TPG My Account using your Mobile account username or customer ID number, instead of going to the dashboard from your internet account.
