Can’t login to my account

I'm unable to access "My Account" details.
When I try to login I get the following message.....
"Oops! Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid. Please call us on 13 14 23 for assistance."
I use the same details to login to Pist Office and that works fine, however I can’t access my account.

How do I fix, need to update payment details for next payment.

Hi @Srlkwill, an OTP is required to login to your online account. Therefore, a valid mobile number must be registered to your account for you to receive this OTP via SMS.
