Years ago I had a mobile service with Optus.
I've since ported my number to TPG,
I can't receive calls or messages from other Optus customers
When other Optus customers try to call me, they get a message saying my number has been disconnected.
I've tried calling Optus, they said there's nothing they could do.

I would love to help and see what causing your mobile unable to receive incoming call from Optus. I tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately the credential shows inactive account. I'd like to get your account details (Customer ID or mobile number on file).
