Can't send PM

Hi Mods, is there a secret handshake required to send a PM?

I can't access account to update cc details (phone missing/invalid whatever) and customer service too busy to take phone call.

Tried Karen C at WP forums but no answer yet (offline since Oct)) She's been excellent suppiort in the past.

So, here I am.

How does one actually arrange access to one's account?
