Go into your chat function, and get told they will transfer me to the "Account Specialist"
No one transfers me
I sit on the same screen until I have had enough and try a different chat.
Why does TPG insist on providing the worst customer service possible? That is my question
They will tell you to email cancel@tpg.com.au with your account details / cancellation request. They will ignore that email too, but do it, because you will receive an automated confirmation email confirming your request. Keep that email as evidence that your cancellation notice period has started.
