How come there isn't an easy way to cancel my account with you.
Just ab out any other service has online cancellation but not you and I find it inconvenient to wait in a phone que or for a call back (if it comes) to achieve this.
Anyway I'm waiting on a call back for over 3 hours now. Should have stayed on the line.
