Hi TPG
I called TPG weeks ago to cancel my service, was that service will be cancelled
Weeks later found TPG still billing charges, called TPG again, told i was given wrong advise, now advised to send e-mail to cancel@tpgtelecom.com.au
Have discovered today that this e-mail does not exist
So how does one go about getting a TPG service cancelled?

Using your community details, I was able to check your account. Our records show that you've already spoken to our Accounts team yesterday regarding your request to cancel your TPG account. Also, I can see that you were able to successfully send an email already.
I have already notified our Escalations Team to contact you before 4PM NSW today.
