Cancel Mobile plan

Hi there, 

I've recently relocated overseas to the US and attempting to call your centeres to cancel my mobile plan — I'm doing this over Skype calls due to it being cheaper and less costly however each time I'm on hold for about 10 minutes and then the call drops out.
