I have tried contacting your office several times now to cancel my NBN internet and 2 months later you are still debiting my account!
I would like to have this past month credited back into my account and my account CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!
This is completely unacceptable and i will pursue legal action if this is not actioned straight away.
