NBN plan has been active since 29 July, however, today, TPG tech confirmed that I have no phone socket
to access NBN in my house and I have to install new phone socket in order to access NBN network.
I consider installing new phone socket is just not worth it since this is only for NBN ( we dont use landline phone )
I like to know how much does it cost to cancel my NBN plan at this stage.
18months contract NBN plan started from 29 July.
I can send a modem back to TPG, of course ( never used it since I have had no internet access in current adress )
