Cancel NBN Plan

Hi,
I’d like to cancel my NBN no lock in contract with TPG as I have moved overseas. I tried to call the provided customer service number, however, it won’t let me since I am not calling within Australia. I also tried to sign up using my provided username but I can’t seem to see my subscription under my account, I will have to confirm my account via PM.

Hi thanks for the reply I have contacted the team via email and my plan have been cancelled.
