Please can someone help with this?

 

I filled out the cancellation form a few days ago, plus I emailed cancel@tpg.com.au but didn't get any response.

 

Tried to ring the customer centre but it was too difficult to proceed.

 

My TPG Customer ID is: 736xxxx
