Cancel NBN service effective 10/05/2022

Hi.

 

I have contacted 131423 on 10/05/2022 regarding the cancelling my account as I have already transferred my NBN service to another ISP. 

 

I am still waiting for the confirmation email from TPG that my account has been closed.

Please check.
