I want to enable my mobile's international roaming, but couldn't find any place to do so.
After I log into my account and select TPG Mobile Service, there is no place to do setting or change plan.
My plan's status is: Moved to Novus, but no link to this Novus service.

You need to use the new account number to login to your Mobile account and to be able to enable the international roaming.
