Invoice downloads before November 2021

Hi, I need a copy of my internet and my wife and my mobile invoices for the period July 2020-October 2021. I can only see invoices on my account from Nov 2022 onwards. Could you lease provide these to my email. Also my wifes account for her mobile is seperate to mine, can I provide those details as well vi PM?

Hi @chrishare, 

You may send a private message with the customer ID or username of the accounts where you wish to get the required tax invoices. Also, if the TPG mobile is still active, she needs to log in to My Account using her mobile number as the username and download the invoices in PDF.
