I need to cancel my NBN and phone services with immediate effect. Your phones are not answered while the emails are bouncing back. I'm happy to send you Account details over DM to get my services cancelled without being billed further.

Thank you for your quick response. No questions with the service, but I'm moving to a location where TPG does not provide services yet - as confirmed by TPG.
Hence the cancellation.
