Cancel a number for a deceased account

I have spent a great deal of time this morning trying to cancel a mobile service for my late father

I have spoken to 5 different people (each says they will cancel it and then end by saying they have to put me through to somebody else)

Each person goes through the process of verifying who I am even through they will not help me

I was the person who set up the account a few months ago

- you sent verification codes (this morning) to MY MOBILE

- you sent an email (this morning) to MY EMAIL

yet you claim I am not on the account.

 

I cannot understand how this can be so difficult

The last person who was was incredibly rude, refused to put me onto her manager because she knew I was going to complain about her.
