I called tpg to cancel my internet service.
I ended conversation with tpg staff said he will send email about cancellation information and stuffs.
I am still waiting for the cancellation email. Should I keep waiting like this?
Should TPG send our conversation email at least?
How long ago was your request? Typically, after the phone request, you should receive an email within 24-48hrs. Make sure to also check your spam/junk folder.
Otherwise, let us have your TPG customer ID/username via private message so we can have a look at your request.
