Cancel my ADSL2+ & Phone service

l sent an email around two days ago requesting cancellation of my home phone and ADSL2+ service.

I haven't received a reply yet and its been over 24 hours (the email response said you would aim to get back to me within 24 hours).

 

 

Please Assist!
