Cancel my NBN Service

TPG is a shocker. I submitted cancellation 3/06/2022 request through online account for my NBN service because we moving out and got na bounce back. Undeloverable mail return to sender.

Then I emailed cancel@tpg.com.au on 4/06/2022 and got the following auto reply.

THIS IS AN AUTOMATED EMAIL. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY.--

Your service will remain active and your cancellation should not be considered completed until we confirm to you via email. Any billing adjustment as part of your cancellation will take into account the date you made your request.

It's now 14/06/2022 and still nothing. No email, sms, or phone call.
TPG please provide update.
