Cancel my NBN service

Called up accounts today to start my 30 notification of NBN account. They couldn't help with anything (not even which email to send the required written notice to) and allegedly all cancellation 'specialists' were unavailable. Although she did say someone will call back asap...
Have not received a call back... Stop delaying the process please!
