I want to cancel my TPG Home Internet FTTB account as were moving home.
I've tried emailing "cancel@tpg.com.au" with no response and submitted a form to "https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/cancel.php" also with no repsonse.
We're very close to our move out date and the amount of support to cancel accounts is very unhelpful.
