I have had service difficulties with TPG since I moved into my apartment. It constantly drops out and is not fit for what I need. Subsequently I have signed up to another provider and would like to cancel my account ASAP.
I have been on hold to the 13 14 23 line for some time and no one is answering.
Can you please take this as notification of my request to cancel the service and either email me instructions on returning the modem or contact me on the mobile number listed on my account?
