Hi there, please cancel my mobile service effective immediatly.
I called last month, been told my service is month to month, no contract, asked for cancelletion of my service and assumed I cancelled my account. However I was still charged monthly fee though I didn't use service for 2nd months. Please cancel my account, Thank you!
