I wish to close my account. Already moved to another provider. APP is not available on Google Play, CHAT does not work as it busy at all hours (tried for over 1 week). I have also sent an email with the required details to cancellation request to email@example.com and not had any response for over 48 hours.
This will be reported to the Telecommunications Obdusman.
Moderator has emailed me the same email address to re send the cancellation request. This will be the second time in the past week I've done so with still no action.
